We had a great stay for a weekend in April. House is spacious and well-kept. Check-in process was seamless and host was communicative throughout the trip. Great location with easy ubers to downtown. Would stay here again.

Beautiful evening views at the backyard lake. Home nicely accommodated our family group of 10 in town for a wedding and the home was centrally located to commute easily between Singer Island and West Palm Beach. Bedrooms were spacious, as were the centrally located kitchen and living areas. The house for our needs well.

Overall a great experience. One downside is we were unable to use the 6th bedroom (with the outside entrance) because of the smell in the room. Besides that it was a lovely rental with a fun outdoor living space.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront home! The backyard was huge, had beautiful views, good fishing, a pool, and had plenty of places to sit back and relax. We enjoyed watching the wildlife each morning, especially the “iguana parade.”The house itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated in a modern style. Loved the decor- especially the bedrooms! It comfortably accommodated our large family and made for a great gathering space.We had a few minor hiccups during our stay, but Susan was incredibly responsive and handled everything quickly and efficiently. Her attentiveness made a big difference and helped us enjoy our stay without disruptions. Thank you, Susan! Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a peaceful and stylish getaway.

Stayed here with a group of colleagues for a week. The house is great for a large group with plenty of space to spread out - bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious, with pleasant decor. Most bedrooms have their own bathroom (the master and one other bedroom share a bathroom). Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and silverware, and some basic supplies. We didn’t get to use the pool due to cooler temps / time of year we were visiting but the outdoor space was delightful with plenty of seating and gorgeous evening sunsets across the lake. Lots of wildlife visitors too. The house felt a little more tired than the photos show, and could do with some cosmetic repairs. We had hot water problems with intermittent cold showers for the duration of the week. The Management team were very responsive to questions and attempting to address problems which was so appreciated, but it was difficult to swallow alongside the overall cost as it never resolved. One of the bedrooms is in a separate unit outside of the main house (which we had a hard time finding until asking) which if you have family with kids would be necessary to know they can only access the house going through the yard. That unit had some water damage in the bathroom. Large driveway that holds plenty of cars. Quick and easy drive from the house to West Palm Beach for restaurants and activities. Overall, a pleasant stay despite hot water problems - would recommend for large groups.

Disliked: Communication, location, listing accuracy
Our first impression...we got an uneasy feeling as we drove up to this house, since the front of the house was not well maintained. But as we entered, the house was clean inside, to the point that it smelled of disinfectant. The inside layout was also accurately described, spacious, and kitchen was well supplied. Unfortunately, the backyard, like the front, was less desirable than the pictures depicted. Bottom line is that for the money paid, while the house met the needs of our 9 person group of 60 year olds, there were were a number of small things that would make this property more desirable...including better curtains (some barely covered the windows), lighting (all or nothing in the living/kitchen area), towels (somewhat skimpy for number of people), lawn maintenance, and even having some information available in writing regarding wifi and info about the house and area. We also had a scary issue in which the front door code lock stopped working (with NO warning), and we were locked out of the house at 9 pm at night! We attempted to contact property management who did not return our call for over 40 minutes as we tried to figure out what we were going to do. By the time they called us back, we had found an open window (its lock was broken!) and we were able to climb in and open the front door, and WE replaced the batteries in the lock. While prop mgmt replied by phone and email, no one ever came to the house to examine the security issues.
