Die Villa St. Julian bietet mit 3 Schlafzimmern (Boxspring und A/C), einem großen Wohn/Essbereich mit offener Küche ein angenehmes Ambiente für einen entspannten Familienurlaub oder mit Freunden. Das Interior der Villa ist im mediterranen Riviera Maison Style gehalten.
Im großen 9x5 Meter beheizten Salzwasserpool können Sie auf schönen Sunbeds die Sonne Südfrankreichs genießen. Der Pool ist von April bis Ende Oktober optional beheizt. Die Wassertemperaturen liegen zwischen 21 - 26 Grad Celsius.
Für die Saison 2023 haben wir einen liebevollen Loungebereich auf der Terrasse eingerichtet.
Im Aussenbereich steht unseren Gästen ein Gas-BBQ Grill zur Verfügung.
Für den anspruchsvollen Gast bietet die Villa in der Ausstattung im Innenbereich ebenfalls alles. 2 Vollbäder, 1 Ankleidezimmer, ansprechender Wohnbereich mit 55" SMART TV inkl. Netflix, Prime etc. Kostenloses WiFi ist im gesamten Objekt vorhanden.

La maison est très calme au-dessus de Montferrat, à 600 mètres à vol d'oiseau de la route dans la vallée. Jusqu'à présent, tous les vacanciers n'ont pas ressenti cela comme un problème ou une gêne. La perception du bruit est individuelle.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour reposant, la maison est très belle la vue est à couper le souffle la décoration est très belle petit bémol il y a trois chambres deux avec climatisation et une sans donc il fait très chaud sinon rien a dire vacances parfaite.
