I was in town for a wedding and Richard‘s place was perfect for our stay. The apartment is exceptionally clean and very spacious. Richard was a great host and quickly communicated if needed.

This apartment was the nicest VRBO I've stayed in to date! Easy parking and detailed instructions how to get in and what is in the area. The host couldn't have been nicer. Skip the hotel and stay here!

Hi there! Really well appointed place! Very cute and comfortable with everything you need. We struggled to get in the front door…put your hip into it! The owner is very very reachable. We totally stay again!

Great place to stay for an event in downtown Roanoke! At first door would not open, but then we “put some hip into it” like another person had commented and it opened fine! It just sticks a bit. Very very spacious! And modern. Super Clean. All the amenities you need. Walls are thin, and at 1am the upstairs neighbor decided to move about a lot, which was loud— but not abnormal for apartments. You can hear people coming and going out main door, but it got quiet very quick. Overall it was perfect. We’d definitely stay here again!!

Everything host described. Not sure where the grilling area was since we didn't need/want to use it. Outside lights stream in to the living room area, which can be problematic for some that are trying to sleep there. It got a little loud with other tenants coming/going in middle of the night. Overall the host responded well to questions and allowed us to stay even though we had a few extra kids traveling with us than the listed number. A hotel is tight for our family. The place had everything we needed. We felt safe in the area and could easily find it. It was all very clean and the use of the washing machine was a huge help.

The apartment was great, very clean and well organized. Had a little issue with the check-in because I was sent in email the wrong code. Richard responded quickly and that issue was settled. Only minor complaint would be there wasn’t a traditional coffee maker. He had a Keurig coffee maker instead. But everything else exceeded expectations. I’d definitely stay again if in the area.

Beautiful apartment! We were very comfortable during our stay. It was only one night, as we just needed a place to sleep and hit the road again. The entire place is immaculate. We would definitely stay there again.
