Spend a magical vacation in this new, modern house on a hill above the Opatija Riviera.

The house is spacious, quietly located, spreads over 3 floors and offers breathtaking views of the blue sea and the entire Kvarner Bay and the islands of Krk and Cres. All bedrooms have sea view. In the yard there is a mini playground for children with slide and swing, a large pool and a covered terrace with barbecue and fireplace and a place for barbecue. In the basement of the house is an entertainment area with a ping-pong table and tables and chairs for socializing the whole company.

Enjoy the luxury, and if you want the hustle and bustle and fun, go to nearby Opatija and Rijeka. Nearby is the U?ka Nature Park with trails for mountain biking, hiking and walking, and there is a hang gliding field nearby. The nearest town is Opatija, known for its waterfront promenade and once a renowned spa of the Danube monarchy. Stroll along the Franz Joseph Promenade or take a walk in the Margarita Park. Experience Villa Angiolina, beautiful churches and old hotels of historical style, such as Kvarner Hotel, the oldest and most traditional in Opatija. The city of Rijeka, which was the European Capital of Culture in 2020, is also within easy reach.
