The villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a beautiful outdoor area with pool, whirlpool and dining table and barbecue. The pool can be heated on request for an additional fee of 20,00 EUR per day.
It is located near Opatija and has a breathtaking view over the Kvarner Bay.
In just 15 minutes drive you can reach the center of Opatija. Here you have a lot of cultural sights to see and especially the excellent restaurants of Opatija right by the sea.
The nearest beach is in Icici, only 10 minutes drive from the villa. Also on the Lungomare, a 12 km promenade invites you to take romantic walks.
