Here you will spend your vacation in beautiful nature with green meadows, rich wildlife and white mountain peaks right in the heart of Peer Gynt's realm. In the summer you can invite the whole family and watch the popular play Peer Gynt in Gålåvatnet.



The area is suitable for a vacation all year round: in spring, summer and autumn you can hike through the cultural and historical landscape. Remember to bring a fishing rod to try your luck fishing in the mountain lakes. Feel free to make the trip to Espedalen with the possibility of summit tours suitable for most people, or how about a ride on horseback? During the summer vacations, Åsli riding center has horses in Dalseter, with which you can book a horseback riding trip. There are tours for everyone!



It is possible to take a day trip to Lillehammer or Øyer, where you can visit the family park Hunderfossen, Lilleputthammer or the cozy city center in Lillehammer.
