In 1920, New York City architect Robert Cleverdon built the Foxy Craftsman, utilizing chestnut wood from the British sailing vessel, The Queen E II, as well as utilizing stone from the property for the foundation and 2 fireplaces.

7 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, dining room, theater/game room, barrel sauna, hot tub, pickleball/basketball court, playground, fire pit, and so much more!

Minimum Age to Rent is 25, Maximum Occupancy=16, Township Registration #- 021336

3 story house: finished basement, first, and 2nd floors.

Multi control air system (basement, 1st floor, and 3 zones on 2nd floor)

Brand new hot tub, sauna, basketball/pickle ball court and playground for your enjoyment.

Fire pit and evening/night lighting for backyard

Grill available for use

Spacious backyard and front yard for ample spots to relax and enjoy nature

Enjoy all the house and grounds has to offer:

3 floors of fun and memories including 7 bedrooms with one on the first floor, kitchen, dining/sun room, living room, 2.5 bathrooms, washer/dryer, game/movie room with 85 inch tv, poker table, arcade games and more.

Private Backyard with hot tub, sauna, pickleball court, basketball court, playground, fire pit, and screened in porch. Enjoy the front yard on the front porch.

Tobyhanna state park is 15 minutes from the home with a public lake and beach.
