The property is in a great location. So easy and quick to walk to all the fun on Broadway or a show at the Ryman yet far enough away to get away from the action once you’ve had enough! Having two king sized beds and two full baths was a huge plus when traveling with two couples. The only thing missing was a microwave. It would have been great to have that to warm up leftovers from the wonderful restaurants we had dined at on previous nights. All in all it was a great stay.

We checked in on 9/11/26 and checked out on 9/14/26. We were very upset with the cleanliness of the condo. The location and rooftop deck were great. It was a 10 minute walk to Broadway and close by to food and entertainment. It looked like they only cleaned the surfaces (toilet, sinks and changed sheets), other than that, the place was very dirty. The area rugs were black from dirt and the kitchen counters were filthy, crumbs still on them. The dishes were put away dirty when we went to use them. The floors were not cleaned for months it appeared. After removing our floors our feet were black on the bottom. The floors seemed to never be washed. I reached out to the management company, although receptive and apologized, they refunded us a very small amount and still had to pay 300 for the cleaning fee. They did offer to come in and reclean but we were not comfortable with all of our belongings there with no safe for them to come back when we were not there. That was not a good option. I do not recommend this establishment at all.

Absolutely perfect location. We were able to walk to all locations in downtown Nashville. Management company was really responsive and efficient. Loved everything about our stay.
