Near the sea, on a big plot is located the luxury villa Arestea. The outdoor area offers a private heated pool with sun loungers, so you can relax and enjoy even the hottest summer days. The pool heating is charged extra. There is also a jacuzzi on the roof terrace where you have a beautiful sea view. Entering the interior of the villa from the terrace, you will find an open, stylishly decorated living area with dining table and fully equipped kitchen. Everything looks very modern. The villa can accommodate a total of 6 people with 3 comfortable bedrooms. Each of the modern furnished bedrooms has its own modern bathroom, air conditioning and TV.
