Villa Prato is a beautiful villa in the south of Istria near Pula. The villa is modern, very cozy and charmingly furnished. The first floor of the villa has a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with dining area, which offer a beautiful view of the garden and the pool. On the second floor of the villa there are four cozy bedrooms, three of which have a double bed and one double room with two single beds. In addition to the bedrooms, on the second floor there are three modern bathrooms and a terrace with a unique view of the beautiful Istrian nature. In the large garden there is a 32 m2 pool that offers refreshment on hot summer days, as well as a children's playground. In the covered part of the terrace there is a dining area where you can enjoy Istrian dishes with a glass of Malvazija. If you want to take a break from everyday life, Villa Prato is the ideal choice for your family and friends.The beautiful Villa Prato is located near the small village of Loborika, on the southern side of the Istrian peninsula. The location of the villa offers a perfect balance of peace and private pleasure, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and tourist crowds, while being close to all the major cities in Istria. Pula, the largest city in Istria, is not far from the villa and is world famous for its amazing Colosseum, an ancient amphitheater built in the 1st century during the reign of the Roman Emperor Vespasian.

Besides cultural and historical beauties, Istria offers unique culinary experiences, well known in this part of Europe. Homemade prosciutto (prsut), wine, Istrian pasta (fuzi) are just a few of the delicacies of true Mediterranean cuisine in Istria.

The Istrian peninsula is also home to one of the most beautiful national parks in this part of Europe - Brijuni.

Nice villa, plenty of space.

Nice villa, plenty of space. Multiple bed and bathrooms. Good location, near the airport, Pula and other touristical highlights. Very pleasant host. He did some shopping for us because shops are closed on Sundays. We hope to come back.

Geräumiges Haus. Hat für zwei Familien mit insgesamt acht Personen gut gepasst. Der Hausverwalter (Sadik) kümmert sich super schnell um alle Belange.Empfangen wurden wir mit einer Obstschale.Fehlende Vorhänge an der Terasse wurden schnell und unkompliziert nachgerüstet.Großer Pool wird zweimal pro Woche gereinigt.Außendusche mit warmem und kaltem Wasser (Mischbatterie).Zwei Schlafzimmer (zwei Einzelbetten/ein Doppelbett) sowie ein Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine befinden sich im EG.Zwei Schlafzimmer (Doppelbetten) mit angeschlossenem Bad (Dusche bzw. Badwanne mit Duschwand) befinden sich im OG.Spielgeräte (Schaukel, Trampolin) sind in die Jahre gekommen. Haben wir nicht verwendet.Leider keine Mückengitter, aber Klimasplittgeräte in allen Schlafzimmer und im Wohnraum.Kleiner Laden im Nachbarort (Muntic und Loborika), Metzger in Loborika.Pula ist gut erreichbar.Der nahegelegene Flughafen wird nicht wahrgenommen.

Hallo liebes Villa-Prato-Team, wir haben uns hier im August 2023 sehr wohlgefühlt und möchten vorneweg ein großes Lob an Sadik, unseren Gästebetreuer aussprechen. Ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Mensch. Toll! Probleme waren kaum ausgesprochen, schon waren sie gelöst. Kritisch möchten wir 2 Punkte nennen: Zum Einen ist das WLAN mehr als ausbaufähig. Der nächste Bäcker erfordert immer ein Auto und ist nicht fußläufig zu erreichen. Ansonsten, tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage, komfortable Größe für 2 Familien, großer, schön angelegter Garten, guter Grill und ein sehr sehr schöner Pool. Die Nähe des Flughafens stört überhaupt nicht. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Wir hatten im Juli 2023 das Vergnügen, einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in der Villa Prato zu genießen, und ich kann mit Sicherheit sagen, dass es eine schöne Erfahrung war. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Prato eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft, die sorgfältig gestaltete Hauseinrichtung und die gute Lage machten diesen Ort zu einem schönen Urlaubsort, das wir nur wärmstens empfehlen können.

Wir waren die ersten zwei Wochen im Oktober in der Villa Prato zu Gast und was soll ich sagen.

Wir waren die ersten zwei Wochen im Oktober in der Villa Prato zu Gast und was soll ich sagen.... die Villa und Kroatien waren ein Urlaubstraum. Bevor wir starteten ließen uns unsere Gastgeber eine Menge Informationen zukommen, so dass man wusste, was auf einen zukommt. Am Anreisetag wurden wir von Sadik, unserem Hausverwalter, vor Ort begrüßt und eingewiesen. Die Villa bietet alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Klimatisierte, saubere und helle Räume, funktionale Badezimmer und auch sonst alles, was man für einen guten Ferienhausaufenthalt benötigt. Küche gut ausgestattet und zur Begrüßung fanden wir im Kühlschrank Bier, Sekt und Wein, sowie auf dem Küchentisch einen großen gefüllten Obstkorb vor. Der Pool war sehr sauber und wurde während unserer Zeit dort von einem Poolservice gesäubert und gewartet. Die Grünanlagen sehr gepflegt mit Rasen und Olivenbäume. Terrassenbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen sowie einer Sitzgruppe ausreichend ausgestattet. Neben der Terrasse ein großer gemauerter Grill, der jeden Grillmeister begeistern wird. Das Grundstück ist komplett mit einer Mauer umgeben, sodass auch vierbeinige Gäste frei umhertollen können. Über WhatsApp waren wir mit Sadik in Kontakt, der uns mit vielen nützlichen Tipps für das alltägliche Leben sowie mit interessanten Ausflugszielen versorgte. Herzlichen Dank dafür nochmal an diesen tollen, hilfsbereiten und freundlichen Verwalter. Besser geht es kaum - wir kommen sicherlich nochmal wieder.

Die Villa Prato ist ein absoluter Traum! Und auch der Service rund um das Haus, ob von myistria oder dem Vermieter Sadik, ist wirklich perfekt! Vorab kann man myistria alle Fragen stellen, vor Ort kümmert sich Sadik ganz herzlich und bemüht um einen, sowas haben wir bisher noch nicht erlebt - rießen Kompliment und herzlichen Dank! Wir waren mit Kleinkind und großem Hund in der Villa & es fehlte an nichts! Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl! Die Lage der Villa ist außerdem absolut klasse! Es ist wunderschön ruhig, man ist aber trotzdem schnell in Pula, am Meer oder an anderen traumhaften Orten wie rovinj und medulin - für uns wäre es nicht besser gegangen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Herzliche Grüße von Familie Mocci ☀️
