Dat Johannsen Hus am Meer enjoys a wonderfully quiet yet central location in the popular Dorf area. Thanks to its great location, restaurants, cafés, and shops—as well as the sights and beaches in St. Peter Ording—are all easily accessible. A small wooded area nearby is perfect for walks in nature. The popular South Beach is within walking distance. This 96-square-meter, high-quality, modernly furnished semi-detached house offers space for up to 4 people and two dogs to enjoy a wonderful North Sea holiday in St. Peter Ording. It’s also perfect for family holidays—children are warmly welcome here. A parking space is available at the house, and there is a storage room for bicycles.

The house features a well-laid-out, fully fenced-in garden as well as a fully furnished terrace. During the summer months, a traditional North German beach chair and a grill are available for use.
Relaxation and sunshine are guaranteed here.

On the ground floor of this house, built in the Frisian-Scandinavian style, the spacious and beautifully modern living room invites you to enjoy cosy moments and delicious meals. The comfortable furnishings include a cosy two-seater sofa, two armchairs, and an elegant dining table with inviting wicker chairs. Multimedia entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV with a DVD and Blu-ray player, as well as free Wi-Fi.
The in-house wood-burning stove creates a harmonious atmosphere and cosy warmth.

The adjacent, open kitchen is modern and fully equipped, featuring, among other things, a large ceramic cooktop and stove, as well as a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker. A guest bathroom with a floor-level shower is also available on the ground floor.

A special pampering programme is available for your furry companions. The in-house dog bar is height-adjustable; additional bowls are provided for relaxing hours at the dog beach or on the large terrace, and a small tent for sun protection and a spare leash are also available.

Upstairs, two bedrooms ensure restful nights. Both are equipped with comfortable 180x200cm double beds; one of them also features an additional flat-screen TV. The attic has been converted into a cosy office and reading nook and is perfect as a little retreat.

You can also holiday with your dog in St. Peter Ording; a fee of €5 per day per dog applies.
