Verbesserungsvorschläge: Duschkabine grundreinigen anschaffungswürdig: Sitzauflagen für alle Gartenstühle, Topflappen, Dosenöffner, Mikrowelle, Bewegungsmelder für Hintereingang. Waschmaschine und Trockner waren entgegen der Beschreibung im Internet nicht funktionstüchtig. Raum zum Abstellen der Fahrräder und teilweise Erneuerung der Gartenstühle wünschenswert.
