Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
It’s far from being the best location, unless you only want to stay in the Downtown/Brickell area; if that’s your goal, then it’s the right location. If you have a car, budget for about 40/day for parking. The metrorail is super close, which is very positive. The host is what really ruined it for us, unresponsive, rude, and looking to charge you for all sorts of fees (like 19 for 1.5 rolls of toilet paper, and sample sized toiletries) after checking in.
