In the characteristic village of Montinelle, directly in the center of Manerba del Garda, we offer completely renovated portion of house arranged on three floors.
Ideal for families or groups of friends, it offers a stay convenient to all services (restaurants,clubs,stores etc) and the possibility to reach the beautiful beaches in a few minutes.
The property consists of living room with kitchenette, private courtyard, service bathroom, outbuilding consisting of kitchenette and laundry area, all located on the ground floor.
On the second floor there are double bedroom with balcony, single bedroom with bunk beds and full bathroom.
On the second and last floor are double bedroom, bedroom with twin beds and third bathroom.
Included in the price are linens, Wi-fi, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher.
There is also the possibility of placing bicycles inside the courtyard.

Schönes Haus im historischen Zentrum von Manerba

Pros: Uns hat die Lage im Zentrum von Manerba zwischen netten italienischen Familien gut gefallen. Restaurants und ein kleiner Laden sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung erreichbar, die Aussicht vom Balkon in die Weinberge und hügelige Landschaft ist wunderschön. Unser Hund war sehr willkommen. Cons: Der funktionierende Kühlschrank ist selbst für 3 Personen sehr klein, das WLAN hat nur kurz funktioniert (gibt Schlimmeres). Der wunderschöne Stellplatz war auch für unser Auto unerreichbar, es gibt allerdings immer freie Plätze in der Nähe.
