Inside, you’ll find a comfortable king bedroom, sitting area, well-equipped kitchen, and bathroom with a shower/tub combo and Gilchrist & Soames bath products. It is a great fit for a couple, solo traveler, or small stay where location, comfort, and charm matter more than extra space.

Pool and BBQ grill hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Guests must reserve the grill at least 24 hours before use.
The laundry room is shared with two other units and is available Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM. It is not available on Sundays. Guests must request laundry access at least 24 hours in advance.
No smoking inside the apartment.
No loud music outside.

Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated in the rental agreement.
