Due to construction work on the neighbouring property, noise disturbances may occur; see the Noise Abatement Ordinance—this is a year-round measure permitted by the local public order office.

You can really enjoy yourself in this beautiful holiday rental.
The beach is very close by, and you can admire the sea right from the sunny balcony or through the window.

The property underwent a complete renovation in the spring of 2020 and was fitted with new bathrooms, kitchens, and windows.

"Holiday Apartment 1" is located on the upper floor of the main house on the left, with a direct view of the Baltic Sea from the bedroom and the balcony.

The entryway features a cloakroom area and connects the living spaces via a hallway.

The new kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a fully automatic coffee maker, and a microwave. The living and kitchen area also features a dining area for two people, as well as a seating area with a table and a flat-screen TV.
From here, you can step out onto the sunny balcony, which is furnished with outdoor furniture.

The separate bedroom features a double bed with two nightstands. If you’re travelling with a toddler, a travel cot and a high chair are provided. The bathroom has an exterior window and features a shower with glass doors and a toilet.


The house is located about a 50-meter walk from the Baltic Sea beach, and Olandt Bakery and the Puck supermarket/department store are within easy walking distance.

Wi-Fi access is available throughout the house for the duration of your stay.

A washing machine and dryer are available for use for a small fee.

Construction work:
Construction work is currently underway on the neighbouring property, which may cause some noise disturbance. However, quiet hours will be observed.

Es war wieder ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Jedoch haben wir dieses mal einige Anmerkungen. Leider war der Staubsauger ohne Beutel und der Besen hat auch bereits seine besten Tage hinter sich. Dies ist sehr bedauerlich, da gerade bei dem Super Wetter viel Sand von uns in die Wohnung getragen wurde. Zudem kann generell die Sauberkeit ein wenig verbessert werden. Familie Jansky war wie immer super freundlich und kümmert sich super um das Haus und Grundstück. Die oben genannten Punkte liegen eher bei dem Vermittlungsbüro. Zudem wäre ein kleiner Hocker im Wohnzimmer ein netter Zusatz :)

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Aber wer etwas Stabiler gebaut ist wird Probleme haben zwischen Dusche und Waschtisch das WC zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein gehalten aber es reichte woll kommen aus. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war ein Traum. Wir würden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren dieses Jahrdas erste in dieser schönen Wohnung. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind wunderschön. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht und es ist sehr sauber. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Einziges Mango, es fehlen 3 Nachttischlampen im Schlafzimmer. Vielen Dank nochmal an die Vermieter.

Rund um haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben den Kaffeevollautomat nicht benötigten, Filterkaffee ist unser Favorit. Leider war der Backofen nicht sauber und im Bett fanden wir künstliche Fingernägel. Irritiert waren wir über die Wohnungseinganstür mit dem Glas Einsatz, so konnte man in Zusammenhang mit dem Bad in die Wohnung sehen. Und wenn das Licht im Flur anging. Da sollte eine andere Lösung gefunden werden. Es war sehr schön.

Ich hatte eine sehr schöne Woche und habe mich sicher und wohl gefühlt.Fahrrad war auch sicher

Ich hatte eine sehr schöne Woche und habe mich sicher und wohl gefühlt.Fahrrad war auch sicher verschlossen in der Garage.Und das Meer ganz in der Nähe .Einkauf sehr schnell und leicht zu erledigen.Und die Sonne kam auch immer wieder raus Danke an die Betreiber !!!
