We’re very sorry to learn that your time at the resort was affected by an unpleasant interaction with a resort staff member. While resort staff are responsible for enforcing safety rules and local ordinance requirements, we would have been happy to contact HOA management on your behalf had we known about the issue during your stay. As our first Vrbo guest since renovating and launching this property, we are disheartened that our first review was impacted by factors outside of the condo itself and outside of our direct control. However, we appreciate this helpful feedback and hope future travelers will read our reply, and know that our team is always available and willing to assist with anything we can, including concerns involving the resort or HOA when they arise during a guest’s stay.
