The house was built in 1927 and captivates with its blend of old-world captain’s villa charm and modern design. The extensive use of wood and the large wooden staircase give the house a cosy atmosphere all its own. It is divided into two floors, with the holiday rental located on the ground floor. When the weather is nice, the garden is the perfect place to relax in a beach chair or enjoy a barbecue on the gas grill. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals even outside of barbecue season. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable garage. The entire property is surrounded by a Frisian earthen wall. Parking is available in the driveway in front of the garage, as well as in the public parking spaces along the street.<br/><br/>Brief description of the location:<br/>The “Der Nautilus” holiday rental is located in a quiet area on the northeastern outskirts of Barth, about 200 m from the town harbour. There is a TV in the living room and in both bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi is available.<br/><br/> Board games, mystery novels, and fiction books are provided. The master bedroom features a 1.80 x 2.00 m box-spring bed and a walk-in closet, as well as an ironing board and iron.
