The holiday home offers a very special charm and has been furnished with great attention to detail. A cosy atmosphere has been created here.

It features modern furnishings. On the ground floor, there is a large living/dining area as well as a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room on the ground floor.

A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 additional bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds) as well as another shower room.

In the living area, a fireplace rounds out the amenities. Here, you can enjoy your holiday even when the weather is bad, with an exciting book or a good film.

The holiday home features a covered terrace and a large garden. The glass roof is equipped with an electric awning for sun protection. The terrace is perfect for relaxing on balmy summer evenings while enjoying a barbecue together or a cool glass of wine.

There is a bicycle storage room in the outdoor area. A parking space right next to the house is provided, as is free Wi-Fi. If you arrive with two cars, the second car must be parked in a paid car park at Ocean Wave. The parking spaces directly in front of the house are reserved for residents of the street and can only be used with a resident permit.

Bed linens and towels are not provided in the holiday rental. However, these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.

Dogs are allowed in this holiday rental. Cats are not permitted.
