Our Antiquarius holiday home offers everything guests need for a relaxing holiday.
It is quietly located in a new development on a traffic-calmed street.
The forest is a 10-minute walk away.
The accommodation is modernly equipped with underfloor heating. The Antiquarius holiday home offers 8 beds in 5 bedrooms (3 double rooms and 2 single rooms), a large kitchen, 3 bathrooms with shower/tub, and a very large dining and living room. During the winter months, our guests can enjoy cosy evenings by the fireplace. In the summer, the large garden invites you to spend relaxing hours barbecuing. A gas grill is available to guests free of charge. There is seating on the large terrace.
The house is divided into 3 floors, so even a larger group of people will find plenty of space and quiet areas to relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, a wine cooler, an oven, a large ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a hand mixer, a toaster, a Nespresso machine, a drip coffee maker, and much more.
On the upper floor, a balcony is directly connected to two bedrooms. From here, you can enjoy a view stretching all the way to the Eifel.
Free parking spaces are available right in front of the house.

The accommodation is modernly equipped with underfloor heating. The Antiquarius holiday home can accommodate up to 9 people.
The house offers the following amenities:
5 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms with king-size beds, 1 double bedroom with a king-size bed plus a pull-out couch, and 2 single bedrooms), a large kitchen, 3 bathrooms with showers and/or bathtubs, and a very spacious dining and living area. During the winter months, our guests can spend cosy evenings by the fireplace. In the summer, the large garden invites you to enjoy relaxing moments with a barbecue and the sunset. A gas grill is available to guests free of charge. There is seating on the large terrace.
The house is spread over 3 floors, so even a larger group of people will find plenty of space and private areas to relax.

Upstairs, a balcony is directly connected to two bedrooms. From here, you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the Eifel Mountains.
Free parking spaces are available right in front of the house.



On-site fees: To make the booking binding for both parties, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is due no later than 3 days after booking; the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. The rental price includes the costs for electricity, water, and gas. You can optionally book a towel or linens package. The towel package includes 1 large and 1 small towel for 5 euros per person per stay. The bed linen package costs 10 euros per person per stay and includes a pillowcase and duvet cover. The beds are already made with fitted sheets. If you would like to book a package, please send us a message and transfer the corresponding amount in addition to the accommodation price. The security deposit of 300 euros is also payable by bank transfer 1 week before arrival and will be refunded after departure.
