The property is being renovated from the looks of it. The property had a lot of dead roaches on the bottom floor, the bedding was left inside the dryer. A homeless man sleep outside in the parking lot all night long. There was no toilet paper inside of one of the bathrooms.

The house has roaches it was not cleaned the toilet paper had piss on it omg do not rent from here

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that this review was posted after the refund request was initially denied in accordance with our cancellation policy. In our view, the review appears to have been written in retaliation to that decision. Despite the policy terms, we ultimately made an exception and issued a full refund. We would also like future guests to know that we have weekly pest control service provided by a highly reputable company in the Tampa area. Additionally, we have addressed the concerns raised and made further improvements to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests. We remain committed to maintaining high standards.

The owner was very nice and fair with his rules of the townhome. The house was very clean and spacious. There is stores within a 5-8min walk which was very convenient.it was also a lot of blankets for convenience as well in the home.
