A two-room apartment measuring 35 m² located on the top floor

This 35-square-meter apartment consists of two rooms on the ground floor of the "Heintz" building in Bad Königshofen. The two rooms can be booked separately as a small (family) or single apartment, or they can be used to expand the other “Heintz Marktplatz-Blick Holiday Rental.” The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed (1400x200) and a loft bed (2x 90x200). The other room features a small kitchenette and a dining area. Adjacent to this is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, which completes the overall picture. Please note that pets are not allowed. The property features a barbecue area and outdoor furniture. Bicycle storage is also available. Payment can be made by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. A prepayment of 50% of the total price will be charged 1 day before arrival. A visitor’s tax of 2.50 euros will be charged separately on-site for guests staying 2 or more nights. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We can arrange individual check-in times at any time. Just let us know in advance. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Keys will be handed over on-site upon arrival. Quick check-out is possible by dropping off the keys in our left-hand postbox in the entrance area of the house or simply leaving them on the table. Pets are not allowed. Special service for babies: A cot is now part of our standard amenities and is provided free of charge for your baby, including linens! The base rate includes the following: towels, bed linens, water, and electricity.
