Oceanfront w/ Balcony & Kitchenette | Dog Friendly

Wake up to direct oceanfront views from your private balcony in this 17th-floor dog-friendly studio at The Patricia Grand, complete with a convenient kitchenette for added comfort.

Unit 1736 accommodates up to 4 guests and features 2 queens, along with a well-equipped kitchenette for easy meal prep. Each unit includes a Smart TV and an in-room coffee maker with complimentary coffee.

Guests enjoy access to indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a relaxing lazy river, a fitness center, and direct beach access.

The resort features Azure, our newly opened onsite restaurant with a refreshed menu launched in April, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A seasonal pool bar and coffee bar are also available.

Guests also receive access to a seasonal attraction ticket package, offering complimentary tickets to select local attractions during their stay.

Left a day early because the dryer belt was making such a huge noise. It sounded like a jackhammer next to your bed. The hotel would not do a damn thing about it no matter how many times we called and the maintenance man was sent up. Evidently the out of order sign had to be removed at 6 AM because that’s when noise was able to go on at the hotel. Stupid stupid people then I can’t get a hold of the host to get a

This was one of the worse stays I’ve had at Myrtle Beach. The hotel room was not up to par. It had a musty smell to it, the kitchen sink had a leak under neath, very few outlet options to plug things in, we had to get towels, toilet etc bc there was no cleaning service. The parking deck had the height sign hanging down and looked like it was gonna fall on your car at any moment! The walkway out to the beach was over grown and in need of trimming/cutting back. The remote to the tv wasn’t working properly, the refrigerator and freezer was not cooling properly. It was a quick trip with my sisters and niece so we made things work for 2 days. I would not recommend this place and what’s bad is it used to be a nice place. It’s in desperate need of repair and upgrades and new management.
