The fully equipped holiday home, with 115 m² of living space, can accommodate eight people. The ground floor features a large living and dining room with an open kitchen, a bedroom, a separate hallway, two bathrooms, and a guest bathroom. The upper floor has two bedrooms and a guest bathroom. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Towels and bed linens are included.

The cosy living room features a comfortable seating area, a dining table for eight people, a TV, and a wood-burning stove, inviting you to relax. The seating area can be used as a sleeping area for 1–2 people. From the living room, you have direct access to a covered and furnished terrace with a large garden. The grill in the garden may be used at any time.

The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is fully equipped and features an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, a fully automatic coffee machine, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a dishwasher.

On the ground floor, there is both a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a toilet, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, an additional shower, and a separate guest bathroom. The bedroom on the ground floor features a bunk bed for two people (190 x 90 cm) and a wardrobe.

The two bedrooms with double beds on the ground floor offer ample storage space, and each room has a TV. There is also a separate bathroom on the ground floor.

Free parking for up to three cars is available on the property.

The house is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of town and in close proximity to beautiful hiking and biking trails through forests, meadows, and mountains. Shopping and bakeries are just a few minutes’ drive away.
