Located on the 5th floor of the Berolina building, this holiday apartment offers an ideal retreat for up to 4 guests. The living and sleeping area features a cozy couch, two armchairs, a TV, and direct access to a balcony with an awning. The separated sleeping area includes a double bed (two single mattresses of 90x200 cm) and a wardrobe, while a separate bedroom contains a sofa bed (140x190 cm). The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a dining table for four. The bathroom is fitted with a spacious, walk-in shower and a toilet.

Guests have access to a communal swimming pool (15m x 8m, 1.20m deep) exclusively for Berolina guests, as well as laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) available on floors 1 to 4 for a fee. Parking is provided in the underground garage with a height restriction of 185 cm. No pets allowed, and smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
