Welcome to Cubby Bear Den — your cabin retreat nestled in the woods, where every member of the family, including your furry pups, can enjoy the great outdoors. This beautifully appointed 2,200+ sq ft log cabin sits on a large wooded lot just 10-15 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge and 40 minutes from Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

With 3 bedrooms featuring king beds, a game room bunk area with 2 sets of twin bunks (4 beds), a loft area with pullout sleeper for 2, 3 full bathrooms, and room for up to 12 guests, Cubby Bear Den is perfect for family vacations, group getaways, and pet-friendly adventures ($125 fee applies). The open-concept living area connects a fully stocked kitchen with coffee bar to a cozy living space with a 70-inch smart TV and electric fireplace.

The bonus game room is a guest favorite, outfitted with three arcade classics, foosball, board games, and bunk area. Outside, enjoy the covered front porch, an open deck with a hot tub under string lights, and a dedicated fire pit area perfect for evening gatherings. A fenced dog run makes this cabin a top choice for pet owners.

Living Room:
Large 70" Screen Smart TV with Sonos sound bar and one portable speaker to use throughout the property!

Bathrooms:
3 Full Size Bathrooms - 2 have tubs
1 bath has a sauna
10oz bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap provided upfront, longer stays will require you to bring more of your own
2 rolls of toilet paper provided for each bathroom, every 4 days throughout stay

Outdoors:
Relax in the bubbling Hot Tub and take in the mountain air - Please no glass in or around the hot tub - $500 fine

Roast some s'mores in the firepit area! There are 2 large s'mores sticks and lighters are on the shelf in the laundry room. Please bring both back in the cabin after using them. Guests will need to provide own firewood - there are lots of nearby stores that carry it

Take a ride on the relaxing front porch swing or the slides in the back! We do recommend bringing some old clothes for a ride on the slide as these are out in the elements and can get a bit dusty at times:)

Dog Run ($125 Pet Fee) - Fenced in dog run - please clean-up after your furry pups - there are pickup bags provided inside at the pet center, and a garbage can right outside the run for easy convenience.

ONLY dogs are allowed (2 max - $125 flat pet fee) - we have a little girl with severe allergies to cats , so please do not bring any other animals outside of dogs - $1,000 fine

Dining Room:
Beautiful gathering table - comfortably seats 8

Kitchen:
Coffee bar stocked for initial check in, while supplies last, and all the serve ware you need for dining and cooking.

2 rolls paper towels, 1 liquid dish soap, and 4 dishwasher pods provided. Further supplies needed are guest's responsibility.

Laundry:
4 laundry pods provided

-Check-In: After 4:00 PM (self-check-in with smart lock) Check-Out: Before 10:00 AM
-Maximum 12 Guests
-Dogs Welcome (2 max) - Please clean up after them (dog run available) No other type of animal - Fine of $1,000 if any other animal is on premise
-No smoking inside the cabin - $1,000 cleaning fee
2 Ring cameras on the outside of the property (one at front door, one in back of the home) - No tampering with Ring Cameras - $500 fine and immediate cancellation of reservation
-No glass in or near the hot tub - $500 fine
-No parties or events Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
-Please be respectful of neighbors
-Guests have access to entire cabin except owner’s closet
