This authentic half-timbered house was originally built using traditional construction methods and underwent extensive and loving renovation in 2022.
During the renovation, the house was brought up to the latest technical standards, yet its old-world charm—with its creaking beams and slightly echoey atmosphere—was preserved. As a result, it continues to captivate with its cosy ambiance of brick and wood, which creates a comfortable indoor climate.
With its three bedrooms, the house ideally accommodates up to 6 adults and 4 children. Thanks to an extra bed in the upstairs loft, it would be possible to accommodate 2 additional people.
Just 300 m from the holiday home, the beach at the seaside resort of Lubmin beckons, offering wonderful relaxation away from mass tourism. Here, your children can play and swim in the shallow water.
Not far from the house runs the European Baltic Sea Cycle Route, which takes you to Greifswald with its monastery ruins (15 km), the fishing village of Wieck (16 km), and the city centre (20 km) with its museum harbour. If you head in the other direction, you’ll enjoy the expansive natural landscape of Western Pomerania and, on your way to Usedom, pass through the fishing village of Freest, the Kröslin Marina, and the ducal town of Wolgast, among other places.
If you’re looking for peace and relaxation, this virtually untouched stretch of coastline has everything you could want. Experience sustainable tourism amidst enchanting landscapes.
