This 2-bedroom cottage is perfect for your escape to Eclectic. Inside, guests find two king beds and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, offering plenty of space to relax. The cottage stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. With two bathrooms, mornings are easy and convenient for everyone. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or enjoying quiet moments indoors, this delightful cottage provides a fantastic retreat. The Cottage also offers a large lot next door for holding boats for parking and charging your batteries. Great for Bass Tournaments or just leisure around the lake. This cottage is only a short walk to the great Lake Martin. Here in KBE, we have our own private boat ramp, several docs, the docs are on a first come first serve bases. If you would rather use a different boat ramp, Kowliga boat ramp just 5 minutes away just finished phase one of the replenishing and new ramp, new parking. While out on the lake or just merely hanging around the cottage we would like to recommend a few places to eat at, The Social, Chucks Pizza, Kowliga Restrauant. There are a lot more places but just to name a few we enjoy these. If you out on the water you can also visit Peanut Island throughout the summer time. please enjoy Sawyers Retreat, and if you need anything at all just message.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure all windows, and doors are locked, no hot coals in the fire pit or the grill, strip beds, and all used towels are left in hallway, put keys back in lock box at front door.
Make sure no trash left inside or outside of cottage prior to leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Bonnie is an amazing host and we enjoyed our stay very much. Sawyers Retreat was very reasonably priced considering this is brand new construction. I would definitely love to come and stay again!!

What makes Sawyers Retreat unique? Where there are several places inside KBE that are unique and beautiful places, we think the extra lot that is fully rocked, for parking 2 to 3 boats at a time makes Sawyers Retreat unique. The parking is easy accessible whether you are just out to leisure, or there for bass fishing tournaments, you have plenty of parking and places to charge your boat.
