BATHROOM: Shower/toilet. SEPARATE KITCHEN: Fully equipped with dining area. On the ground floor is BEDROOM 1: double bed (1.60 x 2 m), built-in closet. BEDROOM 2: 2 single beds (1 x 2 m), wardrobe. BATHROOM: Tub/toilet, washing machine, and dryer. The sauna is located on the ground floor. The house has tile and laminate flooring. A stair gate is installed upstairs, and there are child-proof outlets. DSL internet connection via Wi-Fi. About a 3-minute walk to the beach and wave pool. About a 10-minute walk to city centre. Pets allowed upon request and for a fee!

Super gelegene Wohnungen in einem ruhigen Umfeld. Strandnähe super! Klasse Parkmöglichkeiten. Sehr angenehm die Balkone nach der Saunanutzung. Das Haus strahlt Wärme und Gemütlichkeit vom ersten Moment an aus. Die Hasen vor dem Haus und im Garten zu beobachten bereitet große Freude! Alles top!!!
