New and modern townhouse in the heart of Conil with fantastic views from the roofterrace Casa Vistalsol is a townhouse completed in 2022 with modern furnishings and all comforts. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom en suite. One bedroom has two single beds, the other one a double bed (160x200cm). On the first floor is the spacious living and dining area with open, fully equipped kitchen. A large sliding glass door separates this area from the 11m2 patio, which has a dining table. With the awning, the patio can be protected from the sun at all times. From the patio, a comfortable external staircase leads to the private roof terrace with fantastic sea views all the way to the Trafalgar lighthouse and, on a clear day, the coast of Africa. There is a sink and an electric barbecue. All rooms have air conditioning (cool and heat) so that the house can be used all year round. Casa Vistalsol is located in a quiet little side street in the centre of the old town. The beaches are within easy walking distance. Casa Vistalsol and the adjoining and identical Casa Vistalsur offer space for 4 people each and are rented individually. However, the partition in the patio has a connecting door which can be opened if, for example, 2 families or 8 people want to spend their holidays together. Minimum age 27 years; no rentals to groups of young people.
