A green oasis just outside Rostock: A bright holiday apartment for couples and small families, approximately 50 square metres, located 15 km from the Baltic Sea. The apartment features its own large terrace surrounded by greenery, complete with a grill.
The apartment features a small kitchenette, a dining area, a modern shower room, and a sleeping area with three beds that can be arranged to form a double bed.
The living area is furnished with cosy armchairs, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV.
The kitchenette is equipped with two induction cooktops, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. A toaster and a coffee maker round out the kitchen. The modern shower room is tiled.
You can park your car in front of the house. The apartment is also well-suited for cyclists. By bike, you can quickly reach the beach and explore the surrounding area. The town offers shopping options and restaurants serving regional cuisine.
Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are also included. Non-smoking apartment.
