Exclusive vacation apartment with balcony near the beach in Cuxhaven Duhnen

The approximately 32 m² one-room, non-smoking apartment No. 12 was newly renovated in 2022 and is located not far from the beach and the beach promenade. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the Baltic apartment building.

A small hallway, off of which the shower room is located, leads to the bright living/sleeping area with an integrated kitchenette. The living/sleeping area is furnished with, among other things, a couch, a TV armchair, a dining table with four chairs, and a practical double fold-out bed. The new built-in kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a small ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a microwave. Wi-Fi is available.

You can conveniently park your car in the building’s courtyard in the parking space reserved for you.

Pets and smoking are not permitted in this apartment.

The Baltic building enjoys a prime location on a quiet residential street in the heart of the popular resort area of Cuxhaven-Duhnen. You’re just 280 metres from the Ahoi Water Park, while the picturesque promenade and the beach are only 50 metres away.
