About this property

Vacation apartment in a beautiful villa on the Saxon. Wine route

A beautiful, quiet, and sunny 3-room apartment in a prime residential area of Radebeul, the “wine and garden city.”
Enjoy the heavenly tranquility and the unmistakable view of the garden. Yet you’ll still be close to public transport and shopping. Bakery (400 m), tram and S-Bahn stations are a 10-minute walk away. It’s just a 15-minute walk downhill to the Alt-Kötzschenbroda pub district (wine festival in September).

The approximately 67-square-meter apartment is located on the south side of a lovingly restored villa. The beautifully landscaped garden is best admired from the spacious terrace while enjoying a good glass of wine.

Although the bedroom is small, it is equipped with a new bed and new mattresses that promise a restful night’s sleep. Blackout pleated blinds allow you to darken the room quite well, and the surrounding area as well as the room’s orientation guarantee peace and relaxation.

gemütliche große Ferienwohnung in idyllischer Umgebung
