We have stayed at MANY vacation homes. This by far had the most hiccups. We never received check in info, I had to call the property management multiple times to get info. Then when we arrived, the welcome book wasn’t in the home so I had to text the after hours number and I was given the WiFi, so we didn’t know how to leave the property or any other info that would have been helpful. The lower level smelled like mildew and was hard for my daughter in that state. The layout was great for kids though, rooms were separate areas of the home. The bathroom was very tiny and it was hard for myself or my husband to even be in the bathroom with our toddler due to tight squeeze. No tub, only a shower. There were sugar ants in the kitchen, living room and dining room even when we didn’t leave food out. But we did love that they had beach toys available to use (we packed our own but liked the touch), the access to the beach was nice but pretty far for our toddler we figured out on day one.
