Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is close to various top attractions in Dubai Marina, such as Dubai Marina Mall, Marina Promenade, JBR Beach and Bluewaters island.

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for six. There's also a private balcony attached to the living, with a swing to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The Master bedroom has a King sized bed and the second bedroom has a Queen sized bed, with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool.

The apartment building is in a great location for business travellers, families, and holiday goers. Right by the Dubai Marina, you can find plenty of things to do in the area itself. You could also head over to the Dubai Marina mall, only 10 minutes by foot, for grocery and leisurely shopping. Marina Beach and Skydive Dubai are all in the vicinity. There are also plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk from the home.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building and Uber App and the local version called Careem App is available in the city.
DXB Airport is 25 mins away by car.

Marina Walk is just 7 mins away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 20 mins away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 20 mins away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 10 mins away by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

ID Requirement: As per local authorities' regulations - DET, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
