Enjoy 8-seater hot tub, custom barrel-globe sauna, a private wine cellar and the secret poker room, “Lion’s Den.” Entertainment includes a high-end pool table, fire-pit beneath starlit sky, panoramic views, total privacy—perfect for weddings, proposals, events, or a photo-filled getaway.

The property may not be used for weddings, ceremonies, receptions, parties, gatherings, or any event involving non-registered guests without prior written approval and a separate Event & Estate Use Agreement.
The presence of unregistered guests, event equipment, décor, vendors, or increased vehicle traffic will be treated as an unauthorized event.
Any use of the property for an event or gathering without a separately executed Event & Estate Use Agreement constitutes a material breach of Property Rules
The Host reserves the right to immediately terminate the stay without refund and retain the security deposit.
