Residence Eloro:<br>Our property is surrounded by a large park (7,000 m²) featuring lush oleander bushes, bougainvillea, cacti, a small pine grove, and palm trees. It is located just a few metres from the sea, with private access to the beach. Situated in a unique location that slopes down to the beach, our property offers spacious, well-laid-out living areas furnished with modern and chic furniture. <br><br>Our townhouses are spread over two floors, offering approximately 80 m² of space for up to six people. On the ground floor, you’ll find a living-dining room with an open kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a covered veranda and access to a large private terrace. <br><br>In the living area, there is a staircase leading to the sleeping area. For aesthetic reasons, we’ve decided to leave the staircase open on the sides. Small children must be supervised!<br><br>Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a private balcony. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, while the living room is not. <br>The air conditioning can also be used for heating (heat pump).<br><br>The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, a refrigerator with a freezer, and all kitchen utensils. The living room features a 32-inch flat-screen TV, a wall unit, and a sofa bed.<br>The property has a laundry shed with detergent and a washing machine available for guests (please note: it is not for exclusive use!).<br><br>On warm summer evenings, however, we recommend enjoying delicious al fresco dinners on the private terrace. The Mediterranean scenery offered by the Eloro residence enchants visitors year-round (winter temperatures often exceed 20 °C), with its colours and scents. In spring, early summer, or fall, it’s the ideal destination for those who love privacy: you can enjoy the sun and nature in complete tranquility (on the terrace, in the garden, or in the park) or on the beach year-round, while visiting nearby cultural, artistic, and historical attractions.<br><br>During peak season (July/August), young people and teenagers will find plenty of fun here. The various beach clubs offer music on the beach at Lido di Noto. Noto Marina really comes alive in the summer. Given the large number of Sicilians who spend their holidays here, even peak season offers an authentic experience.
