The House is located just a few metres from the golden sandy beach of Lido di Noto. Features a veranda, furnished with table and chairs, for al fresco dining. It is ideal for families and couples. It's a great starting point for exploring the beautiful area of the South-East of Sicily. The House is situated in the Centre of Lido di Noto, in an ideal location, just minutes from shops and services, including a mini-market, bar, bathing establishments, pizzerias and a good restaurant.It has been recently renovated and decorated by the owners with style and great attention to detail, providing it with all the comforts to make guests like at home. There are two entrances, one on the promenade, and one on the opposite side, from small street near the sea, where there is a courtyard that serves as private parking for car. The house is located on the first floor has an area of 95 square meters and consists of a spacious living room with sofa bed, kitchen, laundry, one bedroom double, one twin or double bedroom, a dressing room and a bathroom with shower. A panoramic terrace, accessible from the living room, offers a unique natural setting on the beautiful Bay of Noto, in front of which you can relax with a delicious dinner of Mediterranean dishes or enjoy a romantic sunset while sipping a fine wine of our land.

Great place!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at this lovely 2 bedroom. It is better than the pictures. The host is very responsive and helpful. The house is a few steps from the beach and a short drive to the town of Noto and close to other picturesque towns in Sicily. The entire apartment is updated including AC throughout. Nice large kitchen and easy to make meals. It was very clean. We would definitely come back to this great beach house.

Great view but needs some work

Just returned after a four night stay in the property. On first impressions it appears to be a well equipped apartment in a superb location just a stone's throw from the beach and with wonderful views of the sea from the balcony. However when we arrived at 4pm we were greeted with loud non-stop, Italian pop music which was eventually turned off at 8.30pm. So no chance of relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the view. Over the next couple of days it became evident that many of the furnishings and equipment were a bit tired and past their best. Dirty cutlery, greasy pans with loose handles, dining chairs not safe to sit on and a fan in the bedroom with a broken plug. The 'settee' in the living room is clearly not the one in the photo. A dishwasher would be a real benefit and some new furniture is needed. Overall we were disappointed with the property which we felt was not good value for money. The intrusive music from the bar/restaurant across the road means you will not have a peaceful, quiet holiday. If you can tolerate the noise, the apartment is in a superb position for a beach holiday.

Ritengo che la cosa migliore sia rispondervi con la recensione ricevuta dagli ospiti che hanno soggiornato nella casa nei giorni precedenti a voi e pubblicata su TripAdvisor: "Berlin, Germany Hervorragend Left on May 21, 2016 for a stay in May 2016 Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft! Great location and very nice apartment

The property is very well located right in front of a sandy beach, perfect for kids. It is modern and very well furnished, with AC in the main bedroom. Maybe another AC in the second room would be a good element for improvement. The check in process was very smooth and the host always available for anything we needed. The kitchen is also very well equipped (a nice additional comfort would be to have a dishwasher :-). Overall great place and we would be enchanted to come back!

Wohnung direkt am Meer. Schöne Einrichtung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Buchung und die Absprachen mit der Vermieterin waren unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Die Umgebung, v.a. Vendicari mit den tollen Stränden ist sehr schön. Für Ruhesuchende ist die Beschallung durch das benachbarte Ristorante vermutlich unangenehm.

Nice flat, directly at the beach, near beautiful Noto

We spent a week in Livia‘s flat in Lido di Noto and had a wonderful time. The flat was very nice, well equipped, and clean. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The flat is located directly at the beach - we went swimming in the sea every morning! The bar/restaurant accross the street played music sometimes, but it did not bother us. Lido di Noto is a great spot to discover the surrounding area, with the beautiful cities Noto and Siracusa. I recommened a car to get arround. All in all we had a great time and were very happy that we could stay at this wonderful place. Highly recommendable!

VACANZA DA SOGNO

Conosco Noto molto bene ma ho voluto vederla da un altro punto di vista; la mia famiglia è stata accolta da Livia, una bellissima persona, di una gentilezza ed accoglienza infinita. La villa è meravigliosa, ha una vista stupenda con un terrazzo che si affaccia direttamente sul mare per potersi godere meravigliose albe e tramonti. Ho trovato una pulizia impeccabile, la casa è grande, accogliente, in ottimo stato e le dotazioni sono addirittura maggiori di quelle che mi aspettavo, non manca veramente nulla per una vacanza indimenticabile; consiglio vivamente questo posto e sicuramente ci torneremo quanto prima.

Appartement maison sur la plage, un pur bonheur

Nous avons passé une dizaine de jours dans cet appartement en avril 2015. L'appartement est très agréable donnant directement sur la plage, petits déjeuners sur le balcon en écoutant le bruit des vagues. C'est un vrai bonheur. La propriétaire Livia est absolument charmante et nous a très bien accueillis avec une bouteille de vin et une d'huile d'olive. Nous étions en vacance avec notre petit garçon de 4 ans, qui a adoré littéralement la possibilité de descendre sur la plage tous les jours. Dans les environs, plusieurs très jolies villes baroques, Noto a proximité, et un coup de cœur pour Ragusa, ville très agréable à visiter.

Beautiful house, but noisy surroundings

The house is truly beautiful, carefully studied and furnished with good taste and the owner is very welcoming. The location by the sea would be perfect if it wasn't for the restaurant just across the street, playing very loud Disco music every Tuesday night (midnigth to 2 am) and from 4 to 7 pm during the weekends. Not very pleasant if you have small kids or you are looking for a relaxing time! During the day the narrow street outside the house gets really crowded and moving in and out the gate with your car may be an issue (the passage is really tight), so plan your parking strategy ahead! Otherwise it must be a paradise during the off-peak season.

Sarà pubblicata tra qualche giorno sul sito Homelidays, una volta esperita una procedura standard di verifica. É stato un vero piacere conoscervi e ospitarvi, grazie per avere apprezzato e lasciato la casa pulita ed in ordine. Sono contenta che siete stati bene ed avete trascorso una bella vacanza. Grazie per aver condiviso la vostra esperienza con gli altri. Le vostre osservazioni sono riflessive e preziose perché ci consentono di continuare a fornire esperienze di soggiorno ancora più eccellenti. Non vedo l'ora di accogliervi nuovamente come graditi ospiti. Se vorreste tornare a Pasqua, per poter godere della spiaggia e delle suggestive manifestazioni della settimana Santa che si tengono a Noto, vi prego solo di farmelo sapere al più presto così vi riservo la casa, in quanto arrivano già richieste. Een zeer geslaagde vakantie!

Appartement is prima in orde, netjes en verzorgd, alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig. Het enige minpunt betreft de matrassen van de bedden, er valt niet op te slapen doordat de springveren in je rug duwen. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars, problemen worden snel opgelost. In oktober is het zeer rustig in Lido di Noto, er is alleen het geluid van de branding. Nadeel is dan wel dat de kruidenierszaak gesloten is, voor de inkopen moet je naar Noto zelf rijden. Een bezoek aan de Etna (neem warme kledij mee) en Syracuse zijn een aanrader.

Einfach perfekte Ferien

Unsere fünfköpfige Familie durfte hier in diesem Appartment Anfang Oktober sehr schöne und erholsame Ferien geniessen! Die Wohnung hat uns super gut gefallen, alles war sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Sogar frische Petersilie wuchs vor dem Fenster... Um diese Jahreszeit war es sehr ruhig, die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am sauberen Sandstrand mit schöner Terrasse zum Meer hin. Wegen dem Meeresrauschen mussten wir manchmal Ohrenstöpsel zum Schlafen benutzen, aber das war wirklich der einzige "Nachteil". Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und die Kinder hatten viel Platz. Sehr komfortabel war auch, dass eine feine Pizzeria direkt auf der anderen Strassenseite lag, so waren wir bestens versorgt. Auch die Nähe zur schönen Barockstadt Noto war uns willkommen. Ebenso ist der Ort Lido di Noto gut gelegen, um zahlreiche Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Gerne werden wir später wieder einmal hierher zurückkommen, auch die Gastgeberin war sehr nett. Einfach perfekte Ferien!

2 wonderful weeks

This house is for people who love the sea. It is directly close to the beach. You have only to cross a small blind street with some cars parking on it. So we could go in swimming clothes the few steps down from the house to the beach. The house has a wonderful terrace, big enough to have breakfast and dinner there with a beautiful look over the sea. The rooms are stylish and furnished with taste. The kitchen is well equipped. We could cook even complicate meals. Everything was clean and in proper condition. The owner is very friendly and helpful. She lives in Noto, you see her on the beginning and at the end of your stay. During the rest of your stay you are totally on your own and private. Just in front of the house is a good restaurant. I would return at any time. Harald

logement avec superbe vue, quid du bruit?

"Logement très bien, conforme. la vue sur mer est juste magique. Livia nous avait mis à disposition des oranges et des citrons bio ainsi qu’un bouteille de vin blanc sicilien. Au RDC, il ya une cave où des jeux de plages pour enfants sont à disposition (super appréciable, car évite de s’encombrer de pelles, sceau…). En face du logement, coté mer, il y a un restaurant qui fait de tres bonnes pizzas. Je vous coseille celle avec des épinards Nous sommes partis avec notre petites fille de 18 mois et Livia, nous avait mis à disposition un lit parapluie avec un super matelas, nettement plus conformatble que les matelas fins habituels. Elle nous avait aussi mis à disposition un radiateur d’appoint pour ne pas que notre fille ait froid. Elle est vraiment à l’écoute de nos besoins. Nous y sommes allé la semaine à cheval entre mars et avril, c’était une periode calme (bcp de resto fermé), ce qui nous a convenu. Seul 2 bémols identifiés (peut etre commun à tous les logements de Sicile): le débit d''eau dans la douche est faible, et l''insonorisation au niveau des fenetres peut etre améliorée ( nous entendions la mer, cela nous a plu mais risque de difficulté à s''endormir l’été si beaucoup de personnes sont dehors, dans le resto en face) "

Sicile, Plage soleil et visites baroques

Location tout à fait conforme à la description. A proximité immédiate de la plage, l'appartement situé en bout d'une rue en impasse, permet de profiter de la plage de sable juste en face. Lido di Noto permet via l'autoroute à 10mn de voiture, de se rendre dans bon nombre de sites à visiter Etna, Modica, Noto, Agrigento...

"Wir verbrachten die Herb...

"Wir verbrachten die Herbstferien mit der Familie im Oktober in Livia''s traumhaft gelegenen Haus. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Von der Terasse/Balkon blickt man direkt auf den Strand bzw. auf das Meer. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, bis auf die Wellen, und doch gut gelegen, um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu unternehmen. Syrakus, Noto, Modica oder der Naturpark Vendicari sind schnell zu erreichen. Livia und ihr Mann waren sehr hilfsbereit und bereiteten uns einen warmen Empfang. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur bedingungslos weiter empfehlen. Insbesondere für eine Familie mit Kindern ist der direkte Zugang zum Meer eine Erleichterung, da alles im Nu geholt werden kann und man nicht extra mit dem Auto zum Strand fahren muss."

"Maison de bord de mer très joliment décorée, trés propre et bien équipée. Propriétaire très sympathique et accueillante et de bons conseils. La plage est propre et d''accès libre (pas envahie de chaises longues et parasols payants comme beaucoup d''autres plages). Location tres bien située géographiquement pour visiter la côte Est de la Sicile, nous avons pû visiter Noto, Syracuse, Ragusa, Modica et nous avons même passé une journée à l''Etna et Taormina. "Nous y avons séjourné une semaine et la location est tout à fait conforme à la description. Cette location est idéale pour une famille avec enfants (nous sommes 5 avec 3 enfants), située en face de la plage ce qui permet de concilier visites (Syracuse, Notto,Modica, Ragusa..) et farniente (plage,...). Nous avons apprécié la place disponible, la décoration, les équipements (douche extérieure, cuisine, balcon,jouets, serviettes...) et la gentillesse des propriétaires. A ne pas hésiter."

"Nous avons passé 2 très bonnes semaines dans cet appartement. Les photos sont conformes, l''appartement a été refait et est très confortable. La plage est à 3 mètres, il suffit de traverser la rue. Les commerces sont proches et il y a même des vendeurs qui passent le matin proposer fruits et légumes. Il y a plusieurs sites intéressants à visiter dans les environs. L''endroit est très sur et la propriétaire toujours disponible pour donner conseils et instructions. Nous sommes une famille de 4 personnes et conseillons vivement cette location. Nous y retournerons surement!"

"Wir haben 7 Tage im Juni...

"Wir haben 7 Tage im Juni 2012 mit unseren beiden erwachsenen Kindern in dieser großzügig geschnittenen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung verbracht. Herzlich empfangen wurden wir von der Vermieterin Livia C. und ihrem Ehemann, die uns mit allen nötigen Informationen bestens versorgt haben (Listen von wichtigen Adressen: Ärzte, Apotheken,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,empfehlenswerte Restaurants, Weingüter, Sightseeing-Prospekte,...). Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock des Hauses. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer haben einen unmittelbaren Zugang zum Balkon und einen freien Blick auf das Meer. Auf dem Balkon kann man wunderbar frühstücken, zu Abend essen, ...Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, in einem kleinen Nebenraum befindet sich die Waschmaschine. Die Lage des Hauses ist genial: direkt an einem regelmäßig von der Kommune gesäuberten Strand, der nur am Wochenende stärker bevölkert war. Von Lido di Noto aus kann man sehr gut und schnell Siracusa, Noto, Modica, Ragusa, .. erreichen, da die Autobahn nicht allzuweit entfernt ist. Kurz, ein guter Ausgangspunkt für einen wunderschönen Urlaub!" "

"Nous avons été ravie de notre semaine à Lido di Noto, bel appartement spacieux et terrasse vue sur mer, avec place pour la voiture (type fiat 500 pas trop large). Un accueil super par la propriétaire Livia, par son sourire et ces attentions. L''emplacement est parfait, juste au bord de la plage, et point positif c''est que l''appartement se tient au frais. Tous près de Noto, une ville magnifique, avec les secrets de Livia... Merci encore. Caroline et Roberto."

"Séjour en avril, station...

"Séjour en avril, station balnéaire et plage déserte donc calme absolu ! Appartement moderne et jolie déco sobre. Nous avons séjourné avec un enfant de 2 ans et tout est bien aménagé. Lit bébé tout douillet fait à l''arrivée. Grand lit confortable dans la chambre des parents. Il manque peut-être une baignoire (la douche n''a pas de tuyau amovible). Cuisine parfaite pour cuisiner les bons produits locaux. Terrasse très agréable, ensoleillée du matin (tôt) jusqu''à vers 13h. Chauffages électriques à disposition pour les soirées fraîches du printemps. Accueil très agréable de Livia avec en cadeau de bienvenue oranges sanguines et huile d''olive du domaine de la propriétaire."

"Wir haben 12 Tage im Her...

"Wir haben 12 Tage im Herbst mit unseren beiden Kindern in der Wohnung, die fast direkt am Strand liegt, verbracht und waren begeistert: die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und geschmackvoll eingereichtet. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer gehen unmittelbar zum Balkon raus und haben einen freien Blick auf das Meer. Die Küche ist bis auf einen Geschirrspüler mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen für eine Familie braucht. Der Empfang durch Livia C. war sehr herzlich und sie ist sehr hilfsbereit. Im Herbst ist in Lido di Noto weniger los, aber es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt, wo man alles bekommt und ein Restaurant direkt gegenüber. Dafür teilt man sich den Strand nur mit wenigen anderen. Von Lido di Noto aus kann man Noto, Siracusa und Ragusa gut erreichen. Kurz, ein guter Ausgangspunkt für einen schönen Urlaub!"
