Wir waren vor Ort etwas enttäuscht, weil die Sauberkeit an einigen Stellen zu wünschen liess. Z.B. verschmierte/verschmusste Fenster. Kein warmes Wasser im oberen Bad. 2 Lampen defekt. Für den Preis haben wir was anderes erwartet.

Entspannter Urlaub im ruhigen Ferienhaus

Wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubswoche in sehr schöner Umgebung. Das Haus ist in einem ordentlichen Zustand, 1-2 kleine (Schönheits-)Reparaturen und in den Ecken etwas gründlicher Staubwischen würden jedoch nicht schaden.

Objekt ist schon pflegebedürftig

Positiv: Konnten problemlos mit zwei Katzen das Ferienhaus nutzen, Vermieter machten einen sehr freundlichen Eindruck, die Lage ist Klasse, zwei Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Nicht so gut: Das Haus braucht wirklich mal Pflege, speziell der Außenbereich ist nicht ok. Kaputte Fliegengitter, schmutzige Terrasse, fehlende Gartentor Schlüssel und ein unordentlicher Abstellraum draussen waren unschön. Teile der Einrichtung müssen mal erneuert werden, besonders in der Küche ist die Ausstattung auch aufgrund der Sauberkeit dem Preisniveau nicht angemessen. Die Sauberkeit (auch in den Schränken, dazu noch ein völlig verdeckter Kaminofen) ist generell verbesserungswürdig. Leider zeigen die Fotos im Internet nicht den aktuellen Zustand des Hauses und der Einrichtung. Fazit: Das Potenzial ist gut, aber das Haus braucht wirklich Kümmerung.

Lieber Gast, es tun uns sehr leid, dass Sie sich in unserem Haus nicht wohlgefühlt haben und scheinbar vieles nicht so war, wie es eigentlich sein sollte. Wir versuchen natürlich die Unterkunft sauber zu vermieten und auch Schäden zu beheben bevor die nächsten Gäste einchecken. Das gelingt uns nicht immer, aber wir arbeiten daran und sind für entsprechende Hinweise - gerne auch während Ihres Aufenthaltes - dankbar. Herzliche Grüße

Unsauber und abgewohnt

Es hat uns in Greetsiel sehr gefallen, die Unterkunft leider nicht. Es gibt hier definitiv ein Problem mit der Sauberkeit. Das Mobiliar ist abgewohnt, der Garten ist ungepflegt. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Herbstferien 2023 in Greetsiel

Wir hatten eine erholsame und schöne Woche im malerischsten Küstenort der deutschen Nordsee. Entsprach in vollem Umfang unseren Erwartungen. Der Direkt-Kontakt zum Anbieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schnelle Unterstützung bei kleineren Herausforderungen mit Schlüssel und Kamin. Gerne wieder !
