Aufgrund einer Doppelbuchung über das Portal wurde uns eine etwas größere Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt, was prinzipiell schonmal gut war.Die Begrüßung war freundlich, die Einweisung kurz und knapp, was ja auch ausreichend ist.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, sehr schön und funktional eingerichtet. Der Balkon sehr großzügig und die Aussicht sehr schön.Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden.Kleine Abstriche machen wir bei der Bewertung aufgrund der Kissen, die etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Die Füllung verteilt sich sehr ungleichmäßig, was dazu führt, dass man manchmal wach wird und die Füllung überall ist, aber nicht mehr unter dem Kopf.Das 2. "kleine" Manko war, dass die Kaffeemaschine keinen Filterhalter hatte. Da er es, trotz Nachbestellung, nicht geschafft hat, innerhalb unseres Urlaubs anzukommen, mussten wir Vorlieb nehmen mit einer French Press. Für manch einen kein riesen Problem, wenn man aber seinen Kaffee hat für Filtermaschine mahlen lassen, dann ist French Press nur suboptimal...der Kaffee wird bitter und das Mehl drückt sich an den Filtern vorbei...wer Kaffee am Morgen liebt, weiß dass es nicht wirklich Genuß ist...aber das waren wirklich die einzigen Mankos und es war wahrscheinlich auch einfach Pech. Sollten wir nochmal in die Rhön fahren, würden wir die Unterkunft dennoch wieder buchen.

Überdachter Balkon mit Blick auf den Kreuzberg

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der wirklich super schicken und sauberen Wohnung genossen- besonders die Wohnküche und der Balkon haben es uns angetan! Die Lage ist absolut perfekt um von dort Rad/Wandertouren in die wunderschöne Region zu starten. Die Vermieter:innen waren extrem nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich, sodass keine Wünsche offen blieben.

Die FeWo "Rotmilan", die wir für eine Woche bewohnten, überzeugt durch ihre Lage am Ortsrand von Bischofsheim unterhalb vom Kreuzberg und durch ihre hervorragende Ausstattung - von den freundlichen Landlords ganz zu schweigen: wir fühlten uns bestens und herzlich willkommen! Dass dieser Teil der Rhön eine Fülle an Möglichkeiten für ausgedehnte Wanderungen bietet, war mit einer der Gründe für unsere Ortswahl; dass "Rotmilan" zum Wohlfühleffekt so entscheidend beisteuerte, konnten wir nicht ahnen - aber der Entschluss ist gefasst: so bald wie möglich wiederkommen! Schöne kleine Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Wegen der Lage des Balkons unmittelbar am erstaunlich viel befahrenen Haselbachweg ist es auf dem Balkon zwischendurch etwas lauter.
