At House 30, you’ll stay in a cosy semi-detached house built of wood, with approximately 65 m² of living space for up to six people. The ground floor features a living area with a sleeper sofa and a spacious dining nook, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, dishwasher, and children’s tableware. A guest bathroom rounds out the amenities on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and two sinks. An additional TV is also available. Other amenities include satellite TV with an LCD flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a CD player, a DVD player, as well as child-friendly furnishings, outlet covers, books, and games.
A separate storage room provides space for patio furniture and a sun umbrella; a grill is available for rent. The large, paved terrace is largely covered and invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors.

An sich schöne Unterkunft, aber Schwierigkeiten mit dem Buchungsvorgang.
Die Anlage ist schön gelegen und das Haus war in Ordnung mit kleinen Abstrichen. Die Dunstabzugshaube roch sehr unangenehm.
Der Buchungsvorgang war nicht reibungslos und es gab ein Missverständnis, hinsichtlich des Unterschiedes Bettzeug vs Bettwäsche. Dies war nicht einfach ersichtlich.
