East Austin's MLK neighborhood puts you 10 minutes from downtown and close to some of the best food and bars the city has to offer.

The living room and kitchen are one open space — dark, warm, and set up for a group. Fully stocked kitchen with a gas range and barstool seating at the peninsula.

4 bedrooms sleeping 12. The primary is a king with a bold black-and-white geometric tile ensuite. The queen room is colorful with its own closet. The 3rd bedroom has 2 full beds and opens straight to the backyard. The bunk room has 2 twin-over-twin bunks and its own private ensuite shower.

Out back there's a hot tub under the trees, a gas fire pit with seating all around it, a sectional, cornhole, and a gas grill. String lights, cedar fence, mature trees.
