About this property

Luxurious and light-flooded balcony apartment near forest. Central and relaxing


We would like to invite you to our garden villa close to the city in a quiet location (right on the edge of the forest). One of three apartments in our house is now available - this is on the first floor. With light-flooded rooms, an open kitchen, a study, bathroom with bathtub and exclusive access to a balcony flanking the entire apartment with a view of the idyllic garden. The apartment is ideal for work, time out or as a starting point for a Dresden holiday or trips to Saxon Switzerland, which can be reached within 30 minutes from the house. In addition, the surrounding area (Dresden Heath, Elbe meadows, Elbe castles, vineyards, ...) invites you to take long bike tours and walks. You can either rent bikes from us or park your own in our garage. The so-called highlands, which begin not far from the house, are also worth a hike. The starting point of the famous "Painter's Trail" based on Caspar David Friedrich can also be reached quickly. Other amenities include peace and quiet and clean air - yet supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, stops, car sharing and a swimming pool/sauna can be reached in just 5 minutes on foot.

A note: Tasso, a trusting and friendly springer spaniel, lives in our house.

Ferienwohnung mit Stil in Dresden-Bühlau

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und von sehr netten Besitzern an uns übergeben worden. Von Dresden-Bühlau aus, hat man mit allen Verkehrsmitteln in alle Richtungen beste Ausflugsziele! Geschäfte sind in 3 Minuten erreicht, der Nahverkehr ebenso. Das wirkliche Highlight dieser großzügigen Wohnung ist der Terrassenbalkon. Man blickt in einen Garten voller geschmackvoller Dinge, die mit Bedacht ausgewählt worden! Außerdem ist der Balkon den gesamten Nachmittag in der Sonne! Die stark befahrene Bautzener Landstraße ist in der Ferne etwas zu hören. Die vorzügliche Büchersammlung in der Wohnung, lädt sehr zum Verweilen ein! Vielen Dank!

Nette Gastgeber, sehr Sauber, aber Angaben Stimmen nicht

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und die Wohnung war sehr Sauber. Leider stimmen die gemachten Angaben zur Wohnung nicht (mehr) was für uns enttäuschend war. Die Whirlwanne war defekt und konnte nicht benutzt werden, wegen Ihr hatten wir die Wohnung eigentlich gebucht. Parken musste man unten an der Straße, unter einem eigenen Parkplatz verstehe ich etwas anderes. Mit dem Blick aufs Wasser war wohl der Blick auf den Pool gemeint, welcher aber nicht in der Wohnung dabei ist, von einem Blick auf die Elbe war nichts zu erahnen. Zwar gibt es im Schlafzimmer am großen Fenster einen Rollladen, jedoch besitzt das zweite kleine Fenster im Schlafzimmer nicht mal einen Verdunkelungsvorhang. Hinzu kommt noch, dass die Gebühren der Stadt Dresden von 6% nicht im angegebenen Preis enthalten sind.

Schöne Wohnlage "Weißer Hirsch"

Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit frischen Blumen aus dem hübschen Garten empfangen, in den man aus der Wohnung schauen kann. Die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Die Unterkunft entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt.

Super ruhige und saubere Unterkunft, gut Verkehrsanbindung

Die FW in Bühlau liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Zu Bus und Straßenbahn läuft mn ca. 2 Minuten. Die Wohnung selbst ist groß und stattlich ausgestattet, man merkt die Handschrift einer Frau beim Gestalten, also sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung buchen und wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen!
