The Südereck building at Deichringstraße 10 consists of 9 apartments, located just approx. 300 metres from the sandy beach. The 2- and 3-room apartments are furnished with high-quality, tastefully coordinated furniture. Terraces and balconies with furniture invite you to relax and unwind. (The attic apartments do not have balconies.) Parking spaces are located in front of the building. Travel cots, cot rails, and high chairs are available, as are bed linens and towels for stays of 7 days or longer. A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are located in the basement

. A supermarket, restaurants, and shops are all in the immediate vicinity. The indoor seawater pool and its facilities are about 600 metres away, and the harbour—the heart of Neuharlingersiel—is about 800 metres away. From here, you can enjoy wonderful fishing boat trips and cruises to the islands.
