The Südereck building at Deichringstraße 10 consists of 9 apartments, located just about 300 metres from the sandy beach. The 2- and 3-room apartments are furnished with high-quality, tastefully coordinated furniture. Furnished terraces and balconies invite you to relax and unwind. (The top-floor apartments do not have balconies.) Parking spaces are available in front of the building. Travel cots/cot rails and high chairs are provided, as are bed linens and towels for stays of 7 days or longer. A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are available in the basement

. A supermarket, restaurants, and shops are located in the immediate vicinity. The indoor seawater pool and its facilities are about 600 metres away, and the heart of Neuharlingersiel—the harbour—is about 800 metres away.
