Calling all free spirits and vintage lovers!

What makes The Creek House truly special is its connection to Oak Creek. Step outside and you’re greeted with sparkling water, tree-lined views, and the soundtrack of nature all around. Cast a fishing line, watch wildlife along the banks, or simply take in the glow of golden hour from the deck as the light dances on the water. This home isn’t just a place to stay, it’s a rare chance to base yourself in Sedona’s wine country with creek access.

What began as a single-wide trailer has been transformed into a modern retreat with vintage character and updated finishes. It’s the ideal base for couples and families to explore Northern Arizona. Spend the morning hiking Sedona’s red rocks, tour the nearby wineries, or launch paddle boards straight from the creek.

The 1400 sq. ft. home features a king bedroom with a private bath, a queen bedroom with hall access to a second full bath, and a sofa sleeper in the lounge—comfortably hosting up to five guests. With its shared living and lounge areas, it’s ideal for families or two couples looking to relax and enjoy life on the creek.

The Creek House kitchen was updated in 2023. The kitchen has a warm, easy feel with its wood tongue-and-groove ceilings and scalloped trim. Stainless steel appliances and a center island make it simple to cook a meal or spread out snacks after a day on the trails. The dining area opens right off the kitchen with a round mid-century table, rattan chairs, and a funky brass lamp that casts a cozy glow.

The Creek House brings its retro spirit into the living areas, with two separate spaces to suit different moods. One room is set up for movie nights with a 55" TV and a leather chaise sofa, while the other leans into vintage charm with a record player, plaid sleeper sofa, and playful mid-century accents. The sliding door opens to a spacious deck, where the sounds of nature create a jungle-like soundtrack. This home gives families and groups space to spread out—teens can hang back with music while others unwind with a show or step out to the back deck.

WE ENFORCE OUR RULES:

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS:

The Place is bordered by a working vineyard. Occasionally there can be some noise from agricultural equipment tending to the vineyard, but most often it's quiet and peaceful. Between late February and early May, the vineyard may run a frost fan on chilly nights when temperatures dip below 34°. The fan circulates air to protect the vines, and while it can be heard from the property, it usually runs only briefly and is part of the rhythm of life in wine country.

The Place is set in a peaceful rural setting surrounded by nature, which means you may encounter insects from time to time — especially near the water and during warmer months. We have professional pest control service to help manage activity, but being in the country, the occasional bug indoors or outside is part of the environment. To help keep things comfortable, we recommend keeping doors closed and turning off outdoor lights when not in use.

Our pool and hot tub are cleaned and attended to daily. Nature happens and due to our lush and natural environment, leaves and debris can accumulate throughout the day.
