Amazing location with gorgeous hiking in backyard and the pool was great for kids! We didn’t see it in the listing, but if you’re renting between October and April there’s an extra fee per night for pool heating. Still worth it, but came as a surprise!

We loved our time in Sedona and wished we had devoted a bigger percent of our road trip to this area. The home was beautiful, spacious, lots of areas inside and out to relax. The pool was heavenly and well maintained. Worth the extra prep fees. Didn’t use the fireplace or do any cooking there. Would have liked to have coffee making supplies on site though.

We highly recommend this VRBO. The house was clean. The pool and soak tub was heated and very comfortable for chilly mornings. There is a fee for the heated pool that we missed in the listing, but it was worth it. It's in a great location to hike several trails in Sedona. We had a little trouble checking in, but the property manager fixed the issue immediately. The property also does not have a dishwasher. Overall we would definitely stay at this location again. We made some wonderful memories.

We had an incredible stay at this Sedona home! The location truly couldn’t be better—tucked in a quiet area yet just minutes from some of the most beautiful hiking trails. Being able to step out and quickly access scenic paths made our trip so easy and enjoyable.The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The highlight for us was definitely the pool—perfect for the kids and relaxing under the stunning red rock views, making it a great place to unwind.The host was responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions. Beautiful home with great style and very comfortable beds. What we enjoyed most was the view of nature, so peaceful and private. The couch was extremely comfortable and cozy, perfect for sitting together as a family and enjoying quality time.The kitchen was fully equipped, even with tea, coffee, spices, and many thoughtful extras that we truly appreciated. Family of 5 stayed late December. The house was great had all amenities you would need. Heated pool was great for December. We walked a block to a couple of hiking paths. Walmart does deliver to this house to make it easy having groceries arriving after traveling to get there. We would definitely stay again. We had no issues and the one question we had owners were very quick to respond.

Great spot close to Sedona activities

Great place. Big enough to sleep 4 adults or more comfortably. Pool is serene and neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Very close to all things Sedona
