Vacation apartment in a thatched house, directly on the beach for 2-4 people

On the outskirts of Zingst—in the Osterwald—right on the Baltic Sea beach, a cluster of thatched holiday homes built in the traditional style was constructed in 1996. The homes are situated on large lots surrounded by lovingly landscaped grounds.

The 3-room holiday apartment measures approximately 63 square metres. It features a living room with a kitchen area and one bedroom on the same level. Another bedroom with a cosy sitting area is located on the upper level. Of course, there is a bathroom, a storage room, and a balcony with a view of the greenery. The lot size is approximately 1,700 square metres.

The town centre can be reached by bike in about 10 minutes via a dedicated bike path along the green dyke (3 km).

The house is located behind the green dyke, very close to the beach. Behind the houses lies the large nature reserve, the Osterwald.

The holiday rental was purchased in 2009 and then redesigned and furnished in 2010 to meet current standards. This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed. Digital TV is available.

Additional information:
After booking through Fewo Direkt, the guest will receive a rental agreement and further information about the apartment. The guest is asked to sign the agreement immediately and return it directly to the landlord.

Upon arrival in Zingst, guests will be greeted by local service staff and shown to the apartment.

A private parking space is available in front of the building.
A travel cot is available; guests must bring their own mattress.

The visitor’s tax is included in the rental price.
When booking, please specify the ages of the children so we can issue a visitor’s card. Children under 7 do not need a visitor’s card.
There is no washing machine in the apartment.
Check-in or check-out is not possible on the following dates: Dec. 25, Dec. 26, Jan. 1.
