Rooms were clean and house was spacious. The outdoor areas are a little more worn than the photos let on. Only problem we had was the neighbors really being on us about noise. Would come back for a more chill family style vacation but id stay somewhere else for a bachelor/bachelorette trip. Neighbors have signs and cameras up monitoring the backyard.

The photos are generally outdated as the tennis court is in a much more beat up state. Most appliances are broken in some way. House is very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Showers have very low water pressure. The neighbors do not like short term rentals and have signs about it in your face.

Wow,What a super visit to Seminole with our fantastic lodging facilities. The house and grounds were spectacular. TONS of room. Clean and ready for our group. Eating at the house was easy with a nice grill, a huge kitchen, wonderful outdoor seating, and plenty of pots/pans and dishes. 3 full baths made things easy. NICE. Loved the place.
