Villa La Tinaia, part of a farmhouse, is located in Bucine and is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The two-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (available throughout the property, including the sleeping area), a dedicated workspace for home office, a fan, heating, a washing machine and a TV. A cot and a high chair are also available.



The apartment features a small outdoor area with a table, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. Rome can be reached in about 1 hour and 10 minutes by train from Arezzo station. More information about the transfer is provided upon booking. There are 2 parking spaces on the property. Families with children are welcome and pets are allowed. Air conditioning is not available. The Wi-Fi connection is suitable for video calls. The pool is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. 24-hour assistance is guaranteed.
